A little about me...

Welcome Harvey Sharks! My name is Sami Dressel, and I live with my husband, Nate, of 15 years and our two boys Cole and Logan. Cole will be in 5th grade and Logan will be in 3rd grade . We have one cat named Chloe, a chocolate lab named Ellie and a black lab named Ruby.

I was born and raised in Manatee county! During our free time we love camping in the mountains, kayaking, traveling and going to Disney! This summer we are heading on a caribbean cruise! We will also spend time at our cabin in Ellijay, Georgia. I'm sure you will hear all about our adventures. You can also find me on the sidelines of soccer and baseball games! Both of my boys love to play sports!

This will be my 13th year teaching in Manatee County. I spent my first two years of teaching at a local charter school. I taught one year of Kindergarten and one year of First Grade there. Then I went to Freedom Elementary where I taught First Grade for 7 years and Kindergarten for 1 year. This will be my third year teaching Kindergarten at Harvey!
